The Homegrown Rocker on Q94 (no longer on QWK Rock) is the premier radio show in Central PA for local music.

Host Jim Price creates a wide-scope view of the talent within the state by highlighting a vast array of Pennsylvania bands and musicians, both past and present. He also integrates album reviews and interviews with local musicians to round out a show guided by a genuine appreciation of the talented musicians he has had the opportunity to surround himself with regularly.

Jim also writes and provides photography for Pennsylvania Musician Magazine – which has long been the go-to publication for all-things music in Pennsylvania.
