Our Christmas Bazaar begins in November and continues during regular library hours (Monday-Thursday – 1pm-8pm and Saturday – 9am-2pm) until we close for our winter break. Shop gently used holiday merchandise and costume jewelry anytime we’re open. We accept donations of Christmas decorations & other Christmas items (no clothing, please) anytime we are open. New items added weekly!

Join us on Monday December 2nd for this super awesome Cookies for Santa pottery Painting.

This event includes one milk bottle, one plate, and snacks! These may be painted however you like. The amazing Jill Parrilla will be here to help with wording (she has her own font, y’all)!

One reservation ($45) holds 2 seats for you. Pieces will need fired in the kiln after you paint them. You will come back to pick up about 2 weeks later.

Holiday music performances by local artists, including Jack Frost & The Frostbites, within the Baker Mansion!

Performances take place on December 6 and 13 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and will see carolers, flutists, pianists, and more performing for guests as they tour through the mansion in an open-house manner.

Admission will be $5.00 per person for the evening, and seasonal desserts will be available for guests as well!

Altoona Symphony Orchestra hosts their annual holiday celebration concert traditionally held at the Altoona High School Auditorium. Tickets are still purchased through the Mishler box office.
